Collapse of trap door to tomb/ vault

This is below the ceiling trap door that had collapsed leaving a hole in the floor above this. It had been covered by about 5' of material and was supported by the lintels we can see in the picture. The upright standing slab center bottom was the trap door originally positioned above the lintels as part of the ceiling. Beyond this we see the passage to the main tomb/ vault.
