This Large triangular stone is a common feature at Kuskurza. In fact it is the predominant monument used throughout the site by far. Only being out matched by the “3 steps” symbology itself. So much so that you could call these “The People of the Triangle”. Which should not surprise as they are claimed to have survived in the “underworld” subterranean realm of the “second step” before emerging to the surface here the “3rd step”. The triangle being strongest supporting shape. You can see me upper right examining it for scale. This is not the largest example by far, but only moderate by comparison at around 20 tons or 40,000lbs.
